A bit of a wait in line to get the car. My vehicle had the engine light on, but they told me it was just a sensor. Everything did work on it, but, they should have addressed that before they rented it out. The car seat was filthy. They could use more counter help.

The jeep was not ready. we had to wait 1 hour. It was old. The rear view mirror fell off within 1 block of leaving the store.

The mid-size SUVs are in poor condition. This isn't the first time. Especially for the money being charged. This said, we appreciate that the staff are courteous, and doing the best with what the are provided.

I was disappointed that your staff did not note that the east end office closed at 2PM. We were 15 minutes after 2PM and therefore had to pay an extra day rental when we returned the car the following day. We were none too happy about that.
