We did have a problem with the left rear tire, but staff took the time to fix the slow leak (twice) and we were back on the road quickly.

The vehicle was slightly worn out. The low battery warning light came on and we had to have the van replaced. Prompt service on the replacement van.

Next time we will refuse the car if not satisfied, we made a reservation well in advance of our visit, paid top dollar, and were given a vehicle that I felt was worn and shabby. We rented from you in the past and know You can do better! Sharon and Paul Sherban

Requested a 4 door jeep and got a 2 door that was in poor condition Seats were hard to move which made it hard to get in backseat. Lots of internal rust and scrapes and dents. Wiper blades worn out and shocks and front end worn out. Returned 2 door and got a 4 door that I originally requested and top leaked wiper blades worn out Brakes went to the floor to stop. Price was same for both which is wrong and both had over 60,000 miles and needed Total make over rented many from andy before

Said they did not have our large van available. There were several on the lot and several keys on the board. Gave us a minivan with no AC. They also were kind enough to give us a compact in addition at no charge, which was nice but not convenient. I called and requested a replacement minivan. They brought it to me, but had no rear seats. They brought it back with seats. It was grinding. I brought it back and they replaced it with my original large van. All was then finally ok. Too much!
