Helpful and courteous staff. We decided to take a smaller car, since we wanted right hand drive.and the larger car we had reserved had left hand drive. The agent spent time with us while we worked it out and got a discounted price. We had no problem with the car. AC was great. Upon our return, we were able to leave our luggage there while we went out to lunch and then came back and returned the car.Best price on the island and will rent to over 70 drivers- many other companies will not.
I am a repeat customer! Tried another provider once in Grand Cayman (Hertz) that was twice as expensive! Andy's is super!

car was not what I expected
My only concern related to this years rental is this.
I have always given you a cc# to hold but pay in cash when I return the car. I have paid this way the past 10 years with you.
This year my cc was charged and confusion related to reversing the charge so I could pay cash. My cc has a fee for out of country usage. I will be contacting you regarding the fee charged to me for running my card once I know the fees.
I cannot answer the last two questions at this time fairly yet

I had used this before and was happy with it. This time the lady working the desk who we were told later was one of the owners wives was very rude and needs to work on her customer service. We are the customer not her. Then the car we got was shifting hard and looked like it needed repairs. So we went back to get another car and the second one they gave us had the check engine light on. This is not what service should bring for $100 for one day. Will not use again.

Excellent service and vehicle!
We requested a Mustang Conv.. We were given a Mustang but the car was 7 or 8 years old, the convertible top had holes in it and one of the backseat seatbelts did not work. We then replaced the car with another Mustang but had to return it the following day when we discovered the back seats were wet and passengers clothing got wet after sitting in the seats for several minutes. We were finally given a midsized vehicle that was also old and beat up. We were not compensated for all the trouble.
