We are very pleased with our rental experience with Andy's. The rates are posted online with excellent explanation for each option, unlike other agencies who tell us about additional "necessary" fees at the time of rental. We will definitely rent from Andy's again!

We liked the value(Price) of the rental. We were a little surprised at the quality of the vehicle in terms of how old it was. It served its purpose to get us around during our vacation though.

I've been renting from andys for 15 years and my family has since 1992. This last rental was the biggest piece of crap I've ever driven. I have two young kids in boosters, the boosters have safety clips but the van did not. why was this not even pointed out. the wipers broke and it rained daily. the seat belts latches for the front seats were broken and randomly slipped out. I pointed this stuff out upon return and was promptly ignored - just a huge junk heap all for $920.absolutely ridiculous

I have rented from your company for years and have always been pleased. My comment has to do with the way one of your representatives handled a very rude customer. I checked in around 11:15 on the morning of May 26th at your airport location. The young lady with your company was very patient with the woman. No doubt this customer will give your company a bad review but it is not deserved. Ron Herring Lilburn, Georgia
