Two issues with the car during our rental. A leaky window and the car remote stopped working. They didn't offer any sort of discount when I mentioned either of these issues.
Initially was given a left drive car, but prefer a right drive car when on island. Rep quickly made the swap to a Suzuki Swift. It had no wheel covers - functional, but ugly.
Probably won't rent a Swift again. The AC unit very underpowered. It was always better to keep the windows open for a breeze.
Prefer to rent from Andy's to support a local business, but will be pricing the competition in the future as the fees seem high for the category.
Andys is great
The car that I got first was so dirty I refused to take it. the second one was no better. It had 73,000 miles on it. The inside looked like it should be trashed. With that many miles on a car, replace it. You are charging so much money to rent, the least you can have are up to date cars to rent. The side mirror did not work, the visor on the drivers side was broken, the hinges in the back where the luggage went, were rusty. The arm rests looked awful totally worn, with scratches

I have used Andy's in the past. I always compare prices with other nearby agencies and this time Andy's offered the best deal.
I have rented from Andy's before and have always enjoyed great service. The only issue I had with this rental was that the jeep I rented was worn and somewhat older. It was somewhat disappointing. However, everything else was very good.

Upon returning my car I had forgotten my credit card at the restaurant we stopped at just before returning the car. One of the employees drove me back to the restaurant to retrieve my card then dropped us off at the airport. I appreciate the exceptionally nice service and will definitely be renting from Andy's in the future when we return next year. Thanks.
