Love Andys car rental. I will use them every year when we vacation on Grand Cayman. Excellent staff. And Fantastic prices. Thanks for having a great car rental experience.
Booked vehicle for a week, contract was written for only 5 days. Upon return I was told it's overdue. I was then charged additionally. The vehicle also smelled like something was rotten inside it. It also had over 84,000 miles on it. Aside from that the vehicle did perform as expected.
we've consistently used Andy's for the past 4 years
The rate was great- people were nice. However we wanted a jeep for the experience of driving with the top off around this tropical Paradise. The Jeep we rented was beat up, the top was not able to be taken off and the breaks were so worn out we were afraid they would fail. If we were going to keep the top on we would have chosen a suv with good a/c! We traded it at end of week for a jeep in great condition and the kids were finally able to drive in a "convertible" around the island.
In My opinion the car's cost with insurance per week was a little to expensive for a loyal Andy's renter.

We made a reservation and it still took too long at the counter to get the car and paperwork done. Girls are pleasant but acted like we were not prepared and we were.
The inside of the car was below par in the cleanliness department and the airconditioning was slow

The Air Conditioner was very strong which is helpful for our family member who gets car sickness easily and that was helpful. The Car was clean. The agent answered my questions about how to get the outside mirrors to pop back to the functioning position easily. And they offered me a ride to the terminal during a down pour so I did not get supper wet. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful and I appreciate the return agent offering this service as it had never been offered in the past
