Andy's Rent A Car Renter Rated Reviews - Page 311

I have rented for Andys in the past. I had made a reservation online and received a confirmation email. When I went to pick up car they couldn't find my reservation in the system. I was fortunate that there was a car available that in my opinion should not have been rented. The seat belt for the driver side did not work properly and engine was idle rough and stalled on me a few times. The staff is great at the 7 mile location .

Our flight was delayed so when we arrived we found the agency closed even though the other car agencies were still open. When we returned the next day, we had to wait a very long time in the line because there was only one agent on duty who was both managing the counter and checking vehicles for damages. Very frustrating.
