the remote control didn't work .i asked if their location on the east end at Morritts had batteries for the remote and was told I had drive back to airport. , a fifty mile round trip. the windsheild washer fluid was empty. the suv seemed tired

Good service. We asked to change to a larger car and shorten our days of use and this was acceptable. Everything was explained and made clear.

We had to exchange vehicle because hatch latch would not open.
We have rented from Andy's for years. Last year, the wait to pick up our car was very long, but we thought maybe it was a fluke. This year we waited over an hour to get our car. There were only 2 people working and a huge queue. (We all had reservations, so it should have been expected.). This isn't how I want to start my holiday. I have already checked prices with Hertz, and the difference is small. (we also used bring car back empty, but that difference is gone too.) We will not rent again.
