There was a bit of a wait as there were 2 at the counter and 1 in front of me but I was taken care of when it was my turn. The car needed wipers. Had it been raining a lot when driving; I would have brought the car back for new wipers but I only needed them to "clean" the windshield. I finally got a newer car with a decent radio. Some of the previous cars were quite used and were in retirement mode in my opinion. I am an Andy's customer & you folks tend to be responsive. Thank you.
