The car was in very poor condition. I was suppose to get a Mini van and that was not available when I arrived.

Great rental experience
Best value in Grand Cayman!
Our KIA mid-sized car had an amazingly large trunk that held ALL of our bags! It was clean and ready for us when we arrived in Grand Cayman. Drop-off was quick and easy and it's close location to the airport made pick-up and drop-off a breeze.
Jonah, the man who drove us to the airport was so nice. Our car was in pretty rough shape, but worked fine.
Excellent Service
Have been renting from Andy's for the last 10 years
Car was clean and worked well. I was glad they warned that my home and credit card insurance may not be valid. I checked with both and found it was true and I needed to take their added insurance. Some how, perhaps a computer issue, I ended up with 2 reservations for 2 different cars, but they fixed it without a hassle. Staff was good.
The Andy's staff were very friendly and helpful. The car I rented was fine - no problems. I really appreciated them delivering me and my luggage to the airport departure area when I returned the car. What a nice service!
