Best rental car experience I have ever had.
Everything was great except I had a trainee at the counter when I checked in. Very nice but very slow and she should have asked for help instead of making me wait. Other than check in everything was great
I have been using Andy's for years. The cars are getting a bit too old, in my opinion.
We walked right over, had a car in 10 min.
and we were on our way. Having a rented car
made a big difference in our ability to move around the island and enjoy our vacation fully.
I would highly recommend Andy's and making the reservation on line before hand could not have been easier.

The first car they brought out to me had peeling paint and quite dented on the bumper and such. They were willing to bring a second car, but that car wasn't in very good body shape either(but better, though) and in need of a detail. I was surprised that it wasn't cleaned prior to my renting it. The car ran ok and we had no issues with it's driveability.
We received a very old van that looked like it was from the 70's and it was very worn/dirty. It looked like nothing from what the picture showed on the website when ordering; it had no luggage/cargo space.
