30k miles on the car, dents everywhere and the remote key did not work.

I have rented from Andy's multiple times while on Grand Cayman. People are great, usually there is no lines. The car was a little beat up but it was fine for my purposes.

Everything about this rental was very good, including the condition and cleanliness of the car. The one area of improvement needs to be in staffing of the counter during peak rental periods. Andy's is not nearly as bad as several other car rental agencies I've used, but wait times are sometimes long due to insufficient personnel.

The waits are ridiculously long generally. They often only have one person signing people in. We fill out all the forms online and then they do it all again. Question: How can Avis or Hertz toss you a set of keys and let you drive off when Andy's takes at least 15 minutes to process a reservation that has already been completed?! In a word, there processes are really third world. Too bad, because the rates are great!!!!
Kia Rio, 4 door... not sturdy at all! Pulled out of a parking spot and front bumper scraped parking spot bumper on ground and almost pulled off! Staff treated me like a criminal as if I were inconveniencing them! Took pictures of "damage" which was a few broken clips that preventing me from fully popping bumper back in place. Wanted to speak to manager about it but he was "in a meeting." Terrible service! Would not recommend and certainly will not go back.
Always have had great experiences with Andy's, which is why we keep using Andy's. Nice surprises, like finding a lower rate when I actually rented the car than what I had been quoted by email, seeing how receptive Andy's was about having us rent by the day instead of the week when we found the car just sitting and not being used regularly, and the warm welcome when we arrived and were recognized as previous customers. We definitely like Andy's!
