The staff was rude, unattentive, and did not seem to like helping tourists.
We love Andy's and use them exclusively when renting in Grand Cayman. We have a condo there and they never disappoint us! always helpful and my car is always ready and in good shape!
We requested an SUV as we were traveling with 4 adults and 1 infant. I requested an SUV and was told we would get something around the size of a Ford Explorer, we were given a small Suzuki and told this was the largest vehicle available. Because next time we will be traveling with 4 adults and 2 children we will not be using Andy's as our request for a larger vehicle does not seem like something that can be provided here.
The cars are always reliable and quick service to expedite our rentals. We are always impressed with the service as it is always quick, honest and thorough. See you next year!
