Staff was on "Island time." Car had seen better days. The key fob was non-functional. The drivers seat would not adjust and the car had seen better days. Positives - air conditioning worked great, it started every time, and it got us from point A to B without problems.
Good customer service. Just needed something very basic to get around for a couple days. Vehicle may have disappointed others, as antenna on top was broken off, radio did not come in clear, windshield wiper had come off their metal holder and plastic piece was missing behind emergency brake - all that really did not matter to me - but hopefully this in not indicative of how Andy's regularly maintains its fleet. Courtesy drop off with bags to airport was certainly appreciated.
Staff at Seven Mile Beach location was helpful and pleasant.

The check-in process was extremely slow and could be greatly improved with some updates to Andy's technology. Too much paperwork processing for customers even with prior reservations caused over a 30-minute wait for just 3 or 4 people ahead of us.
Andys is always the best. Wouldn't rent anywhere else on GCM
Service has always been great here. Been using them for the past 10+ years. We actually got a flat tire and they immediately came out to where I was staying and fixed/swapped out the car for a new one. Process was super easy and they were extremely helpful!
Extremely slow despite only 1 other customer; waited at least 30 min between finishing paperwork and receiving car; later customer got their car before us (same type); employees were not friendly and on the verge of rude. Service has declined since the last time we rented with Andys. Disappointed and not pleasant way to start vacation.
