We are previous renters from Andy's/Fox. When picking up the vehicle the service was very poor. One on staff who took her time not withstanding the lineup. This outlet needs to be managed better. Unlikely that we will rent again from this location.

Only issue was it took over an hour waiting in line and there was only 4 renters ahead of me in line. Two agents were there when I first got there then one walked away. Came back a little later but didn’t do anything. At just over an hour another agent came out and things started to move. By this time there were over 10 people waiting. Return was quick and efficient no issues on that end. Car was good/clean. WAZE worked well for getting around.

Picking up the car took almost as long as my flight. Each person in line took maybe 15 or 20 minutes to process and the line was long. A horrible start to my vacation. Then the vehicle I booked (suv) was not available.

rented a 2 door jeep when it rained I got wetter inside the jeep then as if I were standing out in the rain. the front passenger seat seatbelt did not work, the key fob did not work but was taken care of promptly. when these vehicles come back in they need to be gone over real good to make sure everything works properly before they go back out. If you rent jeeps especially on an island they need vinyl seats and vinyl floor covers (no carpet and no cloth seats) and take the roofs off.
