Andy's was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised to find Andy's open at 7:00am Saturday morning with staff there ready to complete the return of the rental car. We thought we were going to have to go check in for our flight and then come back to Andy's after 8:00am (the posted time when the location opens). Great customer service!

Service and value was very good but I question the safety and integrity of the car we rented. The cars tires had little threat and we hydroplane a number of times. The car failed to accelerate when gas pressure was applied. We almost got hit due to the car NOT accelerating well. Very disappointed customer !!!! Safety comes first !! The check-in and check out systems used are ridiculous. A reservation was made in advance but check-in /pick-up took over 20 minutes after we got to the counter. Check-out took about 20 minutes as well. Neither time was the office busy. It's all because The systems used are antiquated. Please invest in a modern car reservations system. Your current system will force me to go to one of the major car companies that can book a reservation online and get me in and out much faster. Painful!

I requested a mid-size car, "Ford Focus or similar". I got a Kia Rio. I never drove one before and I'll never drive one again. There were so many blind spots on the vehicle, & the driver seat didn't raise high enough for me to see well. This is not Andy's fault, it's just Kia's horrific design. I would've returned the car to switch for something else, but I didn't have enough time & I wasn't driving the car very much anyway. Next time I use Andy's, I'll refuse to accept a Kia Rio.
