I had a great experience: the staff was kind, professional and attentive; the car was perfect for my needs; and the rates were more than comparable. I look forward to renting from Andy's on my next visit to Grand Cayman.
The Dodge Durango was old and falling apart.
I really liked the employees at Andy’s in Grand Cayman but a little more consumer control over type of vehicle would be good.
Eventually got the rate i had been quoted, but agent kept giving me the wrong rate. He may have been new. Eventually i got the right rate.

We were delayed getting to our destination so the rental agency was closed. However we were able to pick up the car just down the street from where we were staying.
The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Andy's was transparent with pricing and I was fully informed when I got the counter. There was no undue pressure put on me for any additional coverage, etc yet staff educated me about the options I selected. I appreciated the thorough review of the vehicle before leaving the lot. Very satisfied all around and will definitely use Andy's again!

In general, the last two rental experiences with Andy's have been good. The cars have been below expectation in terms of what was reserved versus what was provided. This is typically not addressed. For example, we rented with the expectation of a Ford Focus and received a Chevrolet Optra. The radio did not work, and the car was very old. However, it ran well and was adequate. The previous experience was similar with the vehicles. The staff goes above and beyond to be courteous and help though.
