Charged double for a slightly damp drivers seat when hubby sat down with a very slightly damp shorts. The agent totally exaggerated the dampness and she had cotton jeans without any evidence of dampness. Car was tiny, couldn’t roll down the passenger side window, only controlled by driver and the most basic car I have ever rented. $175 USD for a few hours. Feeling ripped off in Grand Cayman! Ruined our experience there. Wouldn’t go back

Rental agent was not friendly & seemed like we were not his priority. Our car wasn’t available and he was going to call when it was & never did. Didn’t want to arrange the shuttle to the airport & asked several times if we wanted to return it to the airport.
