7 Mile pick up at front counter not interested in providing service. Car was very well used and needed work. Staff at airport drop off were prompt and courteous.
The counter staff works as quickly as they can to take care of the line that can develop. Have been renting from Andy's for 15 years. Always satisfied. Due to a family emergency, we had to return the car a week early this trip. My rental contact adjustment was handled efficiently and without question.

The van ran great! However, it did have a few quirks. The car dinged every time I opened the driver’s door. No lights were on. The key fob did not work . I suspect it needed new batteries. I had to use the key to open the doors…no big deal. Like I said, the van did run great, which was most important.
Andy's is always a good place to rent a car. W have been using them for many years.
Car had a lot of dents/scratches and the radio antennae was missing (so radio didn't work). It got us where we needed to go however which was all we really needed.
