Smooth experience
We accidentally reserved a car that was too small for the men in our group. We waited over 2 hours and even though we BARELY fit in the car no one tried to help us get a vehicle that was more suited for the 6’3” husbands in the car. That was disappointing. The car did get us from point a to point b

The trainee staff member was somewhat unsure about my declining CDW & keeping liability insurance; but I had it checked the next day and the on site supervisor amended the contract and apologized - this is the second time I've rented from Andy's and it will not be my last!
