The check in took longer than expected but the staff was very good and friendly and the car we received was what we expected.
It was a great experience. I have rented with Andy's before and this was a greatly improved experience.
My online reservation was not in their system, so i recommend calling to set up a reservation
Friendly and speedy service
Staff was great and helpful. Office was clean, well organized, and air conditioned. Bathrooms clean and nice. We got a flat during our rental, they were able to replace the tire quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend.
Easy access from airport arrival. Competitive rates
AT the time of this rating (Feb 6) I still have not seen a final credit card correction which charges me for my actual expenses (once I returned the car, and was to have a $100 credit applied to my rental cost as I am a Morritt's resort owner). I still just see the amount taken off at the time of pick up (Just under $300 USD)

Only thing, I wish there had been someone outside when I returned the car, so I would’ve known to have my receipt signed/checked in - before I stood in line inside.
Well maintained vehicle, great location at Grand Cayman Airport, great rate, good service, all you can ask for.
