Our rental car had starting issues while we were in Cayman. Andy’s promptly sent a representative over to check the car. After determining the starter was faulty, it was replaced with a different vehicle. Fees for a half a tank of gas were also waved. We have been customers of Andy’s for approximately 25 years, and they acknowledged that. Thank you again for making our stay in Cayman easy. John and Janet Whiton

A/C belt needed adjustment in our vehicle. Overall satisfied and we were happy to have assistance in a boost after leaving car lights on.

We've come to Grand Cayman for the past 12 years (except Covid) and we always rent from Andy's. We are never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and the cars are always spotless. We have already booked our stay for 2 weeks next year and will definitely rent from Andy's again. Thank You, Al & Marcia Fuccillo

This is our second time renting from Andy's - excellent service - no issues at all - It can't go without mentioning and sending a big thank you to the staff for finding one of our cell phones left behind in the rental car, before we even discovered the phone missing, one of the staff took the time to run into the airport and have us paged, we can't thank you enough! We will defiantly be using Andy's again and recommending to our friends and family!
