When I reserved the car, I was given a location in Brooklyn. But then after I booked it, it turns out the car was way out in New Jersey. When I tried to cancel, I was ignored and because there is a $50 cancellation fee, I was basically scammed. So, you're the worst, and I hope you fail miserably.

The only limitation with this agency is their hours of operation which if your flight gets delayed and you ended up arriving past their pick-up hours , you needed to find a way to get to them. Worse is if your flight totally arrive when they are already closed.
Not a rude manager, but not friendly at all. Below expectations.

Had one rate , didn't bring confirmation with me, brad said one price and then tried to downsize my vehicle because I didn't have proof that I was in an intermediate vehicle class car; however, as I had a tablet available& asked to use Internet they were not accepting of me utilizing their network to show them my email confirmation page, and he wanted me to pay more money for a cheaper car than my original rate with the intermediate vehicle. Upon hassle went to Wendy's got 411 & went bak2prove
service very much. officer made sure that would get me a translator. called a taxi. helped carry the luggage.

This place was great! Fast, efficient, and I had a small issue and they fixed it right away. I would definitely rent from here again.
Although I did not get the car I had reserved and the car I received was not in the best condition, it wasn't terrible. The only thing I did not expect was that I had to be picked up at the airport and driven to the rental location... I had assumed the rental office would actually be located at the airport. I was satisfied with the rental overall.
The car and price were great, but I'd return mostly because of the extremely helpful and friendly staff!!
