The staff was courteous, patient, and professional. I rented a 2015 Expedition for a trip to NC for my grand daughter's HS graduation. The fees were reasonable... the car was really spacious inside and great on fuel. BUT, nobody at the agency knew how to operate the damned thing! We couldn't figure out how to control the air conditioner in the back of the car, or turn off the internal lights, or adjust the DVR so that the kids could watch movies while I listened to my music.
The service was excellent the only problem that i had was I did not receive a written bill after car was returned.
Everything was great. The only issue as we rented a 12 passenger van would be that a small step stool would have been helpful for some in our party to get in and out of the van.
Very bad service and the rental did not reach what they had offered, and the lady in the office was stupid, because off that I claimed the Price, she that I could be drived back to the airport and rent another car there.
I will never rent a car there Again, and will let the Danish car Club, who arrange a lot af trip to USA what Company this is.
Good van for a good price.
They gave us a car that broke down 3 miles away. After calling they sent a person right away which was nice. However, I called back three times to ensure the person could find us. We were in a confusing area so I wanted to give the best possible directions. The girl basically (and politely) said the driver would find us and not to worry. As I anticipated he was not able to find us and I basically had to tell him to park somewhere and run to him then drive back to the [broken] car.
The Rental was exceptional, we had no problems with the van or the rental company.
I will rent from this agency again.
When I reserved the car, I was given a location in Brooklyn. But then after I booked it, it turns out the car was way out in New Jersey. When I tried to cancel, I was ignored and because there is a $50 cancellation fee, I was basically scammed. So, you're the worst, and I hope you fail miserably.
