I had to have the 12 passenger van shampooed. The seats had so many stains. I have 4 small children and didn't want them getting sick!. The van had a bad smell when you turned the A/C on (due to no cabin filter also had that replaced for you guys!). I would have not taken the truck but had no choice. I get 1 week in a year to vacation with my children!. The van went back to you guys better then i received the van.

I did my reservation online and got a confirmation since that was my first time renting with the agency, I stopped at the agency to confirm my reservation and it was nowhere to find, yet the staff ( Manny) did his best and called me with the requested vehicle the next day. Staff of this company is great, prices highly competitive. Location is a short drive to Newark airport and their service from airport to agency and back to airport was excellent. On the minus side, non-NJ people might find it hard work locating Progress St. because road signage in NJ is wretched. I'd advise getting detailed auto and internet maps. Locating and jotting down freeway exit numbers will help. Also, when my car broke down, it was rapidly and cordially replaced by the staff.
This was my second time renting from this Value Rental.
Costumers have no access of toilet (bathroom) in the rental office.
I felt very hard time because of lack of toilet.
Rest is awesome.

I came back with the vehicle to find out that there was WINDSHIELD chip, and without any negotiation the staff slammed me $275.00 deducted from my credit card immediately.When getting the vehicle ,I was not informed about the windshield check up and never thought this was a setup.Above all, the service was below expectation with the attitude of the lady staff and may not recommend the service to any one.

I was a litte unclear on the closing time on Saturdays and wasn't able to arrive until 1:30 to pick up a van - staff was willing to allow this to happen.
