The van had a huge dent in the side and was dirty inside. They failed to go over or give me any copy of the vehicle condition report prior to me leaving or even after returning. I guess they are consistent like that so no harm. Was limited to 100 miles although online told me unlimited. They said there was fine print. Next time I will go with the National guys.
My experience was very favorable. The staff made the process very smooth. Time for me was a factor. I was in and out like a breeze. Customers do not want any unnecessary hassles, and I did just that. I am happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this rental company.
