I have been renting from this agency for over 5 years and find no fault, the employees are courteous and helpful. The vehicles are reliable this is the best place to get a 15 passengers van for church trips. You were highly recommended by a friend who used for more than ten years and i would recommend to anyone
the agent made the whole process quick and easy but wasnt too friendly.
I had a very poor experience with this agency. I was charged $154.44 surcharge for being 20 minutes late. That's not fair; that's a ripoff. This is no way to treat potential repeat customers. Not only will I never rent from this agency, I will keep any friend or family from ever doing any business transactions with this company.
Loved everything
The car they had given me was actually really dirty. Inside it looked as if it hadn't been washed in months. I had to take the car to clean after leaving the rental place. Not sure why they would rent these cars without cleaning them first. The inside smelled of cigarettes and dirty.
other than that, the staff was friendly and the rates were good. Not sure if i would go back though.
