We planned to walk to pick up the car, but it was further than we thought. They answered the phone promptly came and got us, and then returned us to right in front of our ship at the end of our rental.

Easy to find location. Car was clean and fueled. Janiece was great / pleasant and easy to work with. Ride back to downtown area was very appreciated.

The tires on the rental car were not very good. We were nervous about getting a flat tire when driving around on Prince of Whales Island. Otherwise, everything else was good.
