It needs to be made clear on the website, sent follow up info and in phone calls you do NOT pick up from Ward Cove or NCL ships and the ship shuttle has to be ridden first.

1- tank was only 6/8 - 7/8 full...I filled all the way back up...not sure if I got a discount for this...not a HUGE deal...but it should have been marked 2- there was no wiper fluid- granted it rains 99% of time in ketchikan- but it was oddly dusty the week I rented.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient, and the pickup process was quick and seamless. The vehicle was exactly what I requested, clean and comfortable, and the overall value was outstanding. I would absolutely rent from this agency again and happily recommend them to friends and family.

Email the Alaska car rental photos of the tires that were pretty much bald in the front and the spare wasn't aired up so when I had a puncture, I was not able to switch out tires. I lost a whole day on my vacation and I was out the money needed to repair the tire. There are no tire companies on the POW. Requested some compensation didn't even get an apology. This company will be happy to take your money, but if anything goes wrong, it's on you to take care of it.
