There needs to be more than one agent during peak flight times. Had to wait over a half hour until it was my turn to rent the car.
Alsaka Car Rental was a perfect way to be able to move around Ketchikan easily, comfortably and on our own time schedule. The rental rate was fair, there were no extra fees and the staff made everything simple and easy for us. Would definitely recommend this for independent minded travelers who don't want to be stuck with expensive cruise ship shuttles, taxis or ubers.

Very easy experience. Staff was very kind, I was a bit late returning car , nothing untoward was said.
Car was older than expected (2018) and showed a bit of wear. A/C didn't work and we would have liked to have used it on several occasions.
Our flight arrived late and the staff was super friendly and helpful, despite having just closed up for the night. Vehicle was accessible and met our needs well.
Pick up process was super easy, and staff was helpful and friendly.
