Customer service was great. The car was a little smaller than I had hoped but was within the class and worked out well for us. The website is inconsistent. There’s a policy against taking cars to Prince of Wales Island, but the website would allow me to book one, even though I noted it would be going off-island. There was a fee that wasn’t in my quote. Overall, I would rent through this agency again. It was a better value than the big competition.

Alsaka Car Rental was a perfect way to be able to move around Ketchikan easily, comfortably and on our own time schedule. The rental rate was fair, there were no extra fees and the staff made everything simple and easy for us. Would definitely recommend this for independent minded travelers who don't want to be stuck with expensive cruise ship shuttles, taxis or ubers.
