Vehicle size was not honored. I requested midsize suv and was put in a compact. No other vehicle available. Luckily Budget helped me out and I was able to get a refund. The lady was nice though but you guys ultimately gave up my rental vehicle to someone else.

The outgoing voicemail message states that the downtown office opens at 9am on sundays. This created a few anxious moments as I was walking from my cruise ship to the office. Gratefully, the office was open when I arrived at 7:50am. Thank you so much!
