Customer service was great. The car was a little smaller than I had hoped but was within the class and worked out well for us.
The website is inconsistent. There’s a policy against taking cars to Prince of Wales Island, but the website would allow me to book one, even though I noted it would be going off-island. There was a fee that wasn’t in my quote.
Overall, I would rent through this agency again. It was a better value than the big competition.

There needs to be more than one agent during peak flight times. Had to wait over a half hour until it was my turn to rent the car.
