Great experience. We arrived on a cruise ship to the port is Ketchikan. We walked down creek street and saw the salmon ladder. Then, when we were ready, they picked us up and drove us to get the car. The car was great and did the job. We drove from one end to the other end of the city and saw all the sites. Would definitely rent from here again!

No AC in vehicle. Adult male who did the contract was not happy with his employment whatsoever and it showed. Unable to reach via phone for port pickup and walked over a mile for vehicle. Would never suggest this agency again. Young lady after return was very thorough and happy conversational on the way back to port. She was awesome.
