Staff were so nice and car was in great condition! Overall, had a great experience!
When I approached the counter, an agent was helping two guys from California. I waited 37 minutes before another agent came out and helped me; the California guys received their keys at the same time I did. This didn't impress me overmuch. Car was spotless and just what I wanted. I would recommend this outfit to anyone, and will rent from them again.
Fairly quick and easy pickup and drop off. The car was clean and well maintained.
I usually don’t rate too many surveys with all high marks but it was a pleasure doing business with 4x4 rentals. Staff was eager to help and the pickup I rented was well suited for our needs.

The counter staff at the Anchorage airport were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. It was a very busy week and they were short on vehicles, but they upgraded me to a Jeep and I had a fantastic experience driving to/from Homer, AK. I would absolutely rent from Alaska 4x4 again and will recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Overall an incredible experience from booking (much more reasonably priced than other commercial companies), great staff who were knowledgeable and the car was very nice. I will definitely be using Alaska4x4 for future car rentals.
