As quoted. Customer service charged me then voided the invoice so I had to run my credit card again. No issues with being double charged. Car was in good shape and ran great. Thanks!
They were fast and amazing to work with. Everyone was very nice and quick to get us in a clean, warm and comfortable car.
Rented in Fairbanks in February. Lots of ice on roads, their AWD GMC made it a safe vehicle to drive. Also allowed to drive on the Dalton highway, whereas most of the big name companies do not allow. Rate was lower than most and 4X4 were not available. Staff was very helpful and pickup and return was easy.
Could not have been easier and team were very helpful and patient explaining cold weather protocols for engine. Car was very clean, well maintained and snow tires were A1 condition ! Wish all car rental companies had this service !
