I only interacted with the Park-n-Jet personnel. They were fine. Car made a noise in the front wheel when turning hard to the left, which was disconcerting.

I reserved my rental without seeing the van first but was impressed with the condition of the vehicle I had rented. It was roomy and came equipped with helpful features such as a proximity sensor. The staff was friendly and made sure all of my questions were answered before sending me one my way. I would absolutely recommend renting from Car Rental Express.

We had an excellent experience with Affordable Rent-A-Car. We were treated with courtesy and respect. Everything was as stated/quoted. Departing and arriving at the airport was easy and efficient. I would recommend Affordable to friends and family and would rent from them again if in the area. Very pleased.

I loved the original car we received (2015 Ford Focus), very roomy and drove great. The only issue was there was a pre-set so we couldn't go above 65 mph which was incredibly dangerous with highway traffic going 80+ mph. I'm very happy that we were able to easily switch out cars once it was determined an administrative key would be needed to void the pre-set. The second car was okay (2012 Chevy Malibu), but it would have been nice to have a remote to unlock doors/trunk more easily.

Our first vehicle had a leak and low tire pressure. Our second vehicle had bald tires and we were hydro planning when it rained. The third vehicle was decent, but the rental car company hesitating to switch the bald tire car out. Really? How could any rental car company put their customer in an unsafe vehicle. Doubt that we'll ever rent from them again.
