This place a great prices. The only thing I didn't like was that I never received a confirmation email or call after dropping off the vehicle and keys at their airport location which didn't have any employees present because of a remodel.

Service was great. You recieve the good service that a locally owned business provides. Customer service was very pleasant. Good atmosphere when arriving. Made sure they did their very best on providing the services i was needing. I will give them a call again if needing a rental car.

Affordable Rent-A-Car has great prices and great people, but the Kia Sedona minivan was pretty lousy. Smelled terribly of smoke, doors wouldn't close properly, and the windshield defroster didn't work properly. It was a tremendous value, but possibly not worth the savings. I would rent from them again, but I would request a vehicle that hadn't been smoked in.

We had trouble with the lock on the hatch door...also we had to contend with a loud beeping because the car computer was relaying that the hatch door was open when it was clearly not...otherwise the rental and service was very good...
