Things went very smoothly. Car was in terrible shape, which made the "walk around" a little ridiculous--it's tough to know what one will be held accountable for when every panel is scratched or dented. I don't mind renting an older car, but, as a company, don't pretend it's in great shape or act like I'll be charged for the 8th door ding it gets.

The categories in my rate quote didn't match the categories of expenses that made up the final bill. The facility isn't open on Sundays so I had to drop off the car at another lot and didn't get my final bill in person. It said I would receive a receipt on the first day of business but had to call and follow up when I was never sent a receipt and my final bill. I did enjoy the car and it worked fine. I guess you get what you pay for with a value/budget car rental.

The address on the printed form is wrong and caused us some delay returning car when Google Maps sent us to the wrong street. It's printed as "North West Temple" but the real address is "West North Temple."

We did not know we might have to return to car to the other location down the street. Since I did not go over the vehicle upon return with an employee I feel a bit uneasy until I hear from them.

This place was very pleasant and helpful. The vehicle was almost new, and was a very reasonable price. The ladies there were top notch, and very patient with me. The only thing I would note is that they do charge a $200 deposit, regardless of whether you use a credit card. I personally did not see a notice of this before I rented so it was a surprise, and put a tiny stain on an otherwise great experience. Other than that, don't hesitate, try them out. You won't be sorry.

The car had no ability for pick up. When I called to drop off the car I had an agent who was REALLY RUDE - told me basically I was an idiot who should review the paperwork and drop it off as instructed. SHEESH!!! good way to run a business.
