I like the idea of supporting local businesses, but using an offsite location added a bit of stress to an already challenging situation. Now that I know the drill, it would be easier to try it again. Everyone was very nice to me at every point along the way.

We ended up going to the wrong location to pick up our vehicle. You were very accommodating and allowed us to get a vehicle any way. And actually upgraded us at no extra cost.

Car was old (no problem with old if car is in good shape), needed interior cleaning, and drove roughly (tires out of balance?). Was surprised when we returned car that rental office was closed during middle of day and had to go to park and fly across the street.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing that can be improved was working on the cigarette smell in the vehicles. It smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette inside the vehicle when we got in. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The ride from the airport was waiting for us when we landed and promptly returned us to the airport when we returned the car. We will definitely be renting again and referring our friends and family.

This place a great prices. The only thing I didn't like was that I never received a confirmation email or call after dropping off the vehicle and keys at their airport location which didn't have any employees present because of a remodel.

Service was great. You recieve the good service that a locally owned business provides. Customer service was very pleasant. Good atmosphere when arriving. Made sure they did their very best on providing the services i was needing. I will give them a call again if needing a rental car.
