The back of the back seat of my car would not stay up. It kept falling down while I was driving. I think it was dangerous. Since the office was closed when I picked up the car I couldn't change it easily. I booked online with Kayak. I asked for Airport only locations. Somehow it took me to a location that was not at the airport. So after I booked I received a call that the cost would be more and that the office would be closed when I picked up my car. The woman who called was very confusing.

Rented from State St. location. Ride from airport via taxi was $45. Ride back to airport via Uber was $40. Car was not in as good condition as major rental companies, but price break vs. them made it a great option.

We missed our flight in on 12/30 and Krista (I think that's her name) was so lovely and helpful in initially cancelling our rental and then re-instating it when we finally got to Salt Lake. I really appreciated her help.

The only thing was that the informational email you sent me had the wrong drop off address listed. It had the address I rented from, but it was on Saturday, so that was closed. It would have been nice if you changed the email to tell me the Park N Jet's address instead. But everything was great and easy, thank you!

Things went very smoothly. Car was in terrible shape, which made the "walk around" a little ridiculous--it's tough to know what one will be held accountable for when every panel is scratched or dented. I don't mind renting an older car, but, as a company, don't pretend it's in great shape or act like I'll be charged for the 8th door ding it gets.

The categories in my rate quote didn't match the categories of expenses that made up the final bill. The facility isn't open on Sundays so I had to drop off the car at another lot and didn't get my final bill in person. It said I would receive a receipt on the first day of business but had to call and follow up when I was never sent a receipt and my final bill. I did enjoy the car and it worked fine. I guess you get what you pay for with a value/budget car rental.
