The only issue we had was not seeing the email or reviewing where to drop off the vehicle on Sunday with the office not open. We were driving around from airport and back until we figured out to drop off at the third party. I feel like this could have been communicated verbally when we picked up the vehicle just to make sure in case we didn't see the reminder email.

I paid extra for a mid-size car and I had to Google it to verify that the car I got qualifies as mid-size. It was literally the worst rental car I have ever had.

Went to turn in the car morning of Sept 26th 2017 little before 9;00am at the location Affordable took us to pickup the car, West North Temple street. Gate was locked no one there. Called the number I had, person said they do appointments and I was to turn in the car at 11:00am. Did not know anything about having an appointment time to turn in a car, I have rented cars for 35 years in my sales busisness, never had this. Said when will someone be here. She said she is coming. finally.

Vendor could provide better attention to detail. Car we requested was not clean, with drink bottles, etc left from prior renters. Windshield washer fluid was empty, 2 tires needed air. How about sending cars out full of gas, and having renters return fill.

Impressed by the service, less than impressed with the vehicle. All after/before hours pickup was smooth and everything transactional went well, but the car's transmission seemed to be acting up, there was a brake light bulb failure within three hours of having the car, and on the second to last day the horn stopped working.
