Fox Rental. The car was dirty (inside not clean, outside was half washed) but newer. The attended was very rude and had an attitude. Service was an hour wait once we were picked up and dropped off. Slow would be kind. The building was filthy, inside looked like a junk yard. Bottom line is the car was cheep and I got what I paid for. Without too much effort they could be much better.

The staff was very courteous. They were late picking us up, but they explained what happened, and it made sense. The vehicle we were going to get was having issues, so they gave us a different one. That vehicle was pretty good. We would have liked cruise control, but then again, we did not request that. Dropping off the vehicle went very smoothly, and getting to the airport in time went really well.

A little tricky with the pickup procedure but upon calling the agency, they quickly clarified. Rental was awesome. Upon returning, they immediately dropped us off at the airport.
