Our rental with Affordable was flawless, easy and a pleasure. Our ride at the airport picked us up quickly. Our minivan was waiting for us. It was in great shape. Checking back in and getting back to the airport went very smoothly. We saved hundreds by renting with Affordable. We were very pleased with the service and the vehicle! Plus we arrived and departed after hours and had no problems at all.

The shuttle drivers were very prompt in taking me from/to the airport. The car had a few issues, such as no turn signal chime and slow acceleration response, but overall it was a good experience.

The staff at Park n jet where I picked up the vehicle was not knowledgeable and the staff at affordable car rental where I dropped the car off was on the phone for the first 10 minutes I was there on what seemed like a personal business call.

They seemed to have lost our reservation. We had reserved a small car, and were given a large SUV as a "free upgrade" -- but an SUV is not an upgrade if you would rather have a small car.
