A little tricky with the pickup procedure but upon calling the agency, they quickly clarified. Rental was awesome. Upon returning, they immediately dropped us off at the airport.

This may be my fault, but I didn't understand that I was looking for a "Park n Fly" shuttle. I stood outside the airport in front of the rental car shuttle sign that said Affordable for an hour. That was frustrating. Once I got to the lot, the vehicle did not have ski racks on it as I had requested. We waited for an employee to meet us at another location to hand us ski racks, which we had to install because she did not know how. A latch on the racks was broken & snowboard flew off on the hwy.

Despite some miscommunication on when we were actually arriving, Affordable Rentals responded quickly when we called the after hours number. They came over with a personally delivered car after the confusion was sorted out. Very nice folks. not at the same level as Avis and other national brands, but worth the local rental with the $$ savings on a 12 day rental.
