I found the $10/day (damage recovery fee) for using my personal insurance to be deceitful. This is the first time I have ever been charged for not using a product or service. I will be posting this same review on Yelp unless the recovery fee is refunded to my credit card.
It had a great experience with this company. I would definitely rent from this company again & I would HIGHLY recommend it to my friends & family. AWSOME job ACO!!!!

The car smelled a little weird when we picked it up, but other than that it was a great experience!
Only problem was longer wait at the counter than I expected (only one person at counter for 15 minutes)
The office was extremely difficult to find fot the rental return, otherwise very satified

We rented 2 vans for a family vacation. It worked out great! They acturally got great gas miles, we're rooming and loved having all the windows...made every seat a great view! Thanks again!
there were so many scratches on the car that some were missed in the check out. When i returned they found a scratch below the back door that could have only been caused by a careless person getting out of the car. My wife and I never used the back seat, so it could not have been us. The scratch was hard to see below the door and didn't even take of the base coat of paint, so it was hard to find. When we returned to vehicle, your attendent found it by bending down and looking under the door
All the people we encountered at ACO were really friendly, our car was in great shape, and the whole process for renting was really easy.
