I elected to be picked up by a friend and then dropped off at their location after some immediate business needed to be attended to upon arrival. After completed, at 850p, I got a ride to the address on their confirm email. It was an empty lot. I called the number and advised they moved about 10 minutes away. OK, that was workable. I was then informed by the fella who I could barely understand that he had just closed, despite the same confirm email saying they were open until 10p. AWFUL.

It is a great experience renting st this location. Customer service goes beyond and rates are amazingly exceptional!!!! This place is awesome, especially when people like Cindy makes a huge difference. She's always so helpful and her customer service skills are just Amazing!!! This is my 5th time renting and will continue to do so!! A++++!!!!

It took over 20 min to get picked up. The lady couldn't find our reservation and when she did she told us they wouldn't accept our insurance (we have full coverage plus coverage for rentals). She showed us a highlighted paper on a clip board the said what was accepted and not. The car was going to cost us over 2x the amount and there were no other options available to work with. She wasn't very helpful nor very eager to keep us as we walked to the competition next door.

My rental quote was $172. They charge Xtra 10. daily if you don't buy their insurance and put a 7-10 day 600. hold on credit card or buy their insurance for 23.95 daily with no hold, but you pay in advance for the rental. I paid $403.60 for my rental. I needed a car, so I couldn't say much. I had to fill out their rating form before they would take me to the airport. I think that this practice is unfair and deceptive.

This office had just relocated a week before, and were training a new person. It took a little longer than usual and it seemed most people did not speak English well. There also has been a change in the way ACO handles insurance. Will look into this further because all of these slowed down the renting process.

The customers in front of me during checkout were treated horrible. The racism from your employee Cynthia Herrera was so obvious. When they left she expressed to me her concern with "those people". That those people are the ones that steal and are the first to pull out a gun. She was referring to the 2 polite African American individuals who were just trying to rent a car. This is the only car rental company in the planet that still gives you the mileage allowance and charges you for extra mileage, also The airport is two minutes away and they charge you $10 for a airport shuttle service that is ridiculous, all other rental companies have this as a courtesy service.

The only strange thing I found was that the same person who received the vehicle in returns was the same to take me to the airport. I wonder ig they knew that nobody else would return that day.
