ACO Rent A Car is the absolute WORST rental car company I've ever come across. It's so awful, I have no idea why someone hasn't sued them for false advertisement. The workers barely speak English and it was annoying. My husband and I came in with 4 other families and neither of us left with a car. The deposit was ridiculous and no one could understand why you HAD to have their insurance for an extra amount...even if you showed them proof of your own. ill NEVER refer this company to anyone. EVER!
Booking rate was around 250 usd (2 weeks rental). Upon arrival i needed to pay insurance for car (23 usd per day), which was not included, but at front desk indicated that was mandatory. At end I paid 580 usd. I am not satisfied as I booked this agency because cheap price, but then I paid more that rental amount in insurance. I wont use this rental again.

Had an insurance issue. Although I provided my own insurance, but because it was on my j phone rental agency would not accept it because it was not a print out. Asked if they had a printer since I could print from cell phone, I was told owner/operator did not have printer & if I wanted vehicle it would cost $23 more per day. I returned to airport & rented from another rental agency.

Paid more than other bigger brand agency for a car with stained seats and a noisy defective wheel.
Our shuttle driver called us from the pickup area while I was at baggage claim to tell me where he was waiting. I got my bags and walked out to find he had left and CANCELLED our reservation. My wife, 3 young children, and myself were stranded at the airport at 10:30 at night.
The staff didn't explain well about toll taxes - I'm not from USA and was very dificulty to understand that...
