I will be traveling to Orlando 2-3 times a year for work. I will use ACO every time and tell co-workers about it. Thanks for a good experience.
The car was excellent
I did not feel safe when picking up my rental car. It all seemed very sketchy and it was hard to communicate with them.
Overall disappointed with ACO. They were not helpful when our car wouldn't start and they took so long when returning our car that we missed our flight
The driver was nice but at the "trailer" I was ignored for easily 10 minutes with no other customer there. I asked if there was a problem and didnt' even get a response. Then I was told I had to buy $26/day insurance because I didn't have a my insurance card and was using a debit card.
This was the worst experience me and my family had ever with a rental car company. This was our first and prolly the last time using this company. Upon our arrival we were told there isn't any reservation. I had to pull out my confirmation and the agent responded I don't have this in my system. I explained I do and she started talking in Spanish with someone else who had walked in. There was reservation for a wrong date which I don't assume it's possible. There was no greeting agents were rude.
This vehicle shut down on me and also brakes where grinding and wiper blades were no also they charged me for mileage as well. I will never again rent from here any longer.
First of all I call your company told them I was going to be late. They told me shuttle still run after 8:30. I got the car 112.00 dollars. They told me it was going to 259.00 plus 100 dollars. I will never rent from u guys again. I was in Florida without a car. My first time there n u guys almost ruined my vacation. If I use my insurance u guys wanted to hold 600 dollars. U guys are a rip off. I make I tell people do not rent from u guy.
We ended up cancelling our rental. Upon arrival we were notified that if we drop the car off before 7am it's a 25$ fee because they have to open early. Our flight was at 8 so 7 was too late. Than they told us that since we don't have a printed copy of our insurance we can't use ot and have to pay 150$ extra to insure our car. We left and went to rent max across the street which was great.
We waited over an hour for our shuttle. Car was dirty. When returning the car we went to the wrong location because the address on my confirmation e-mail had the wrong address. We had to drive 15 minutes to the correct location and this put us at risk for missing our flight. Due to the delay, I did not refuel the gas tank. I used less then 1/4 tank of gas. They refused to waive the refueling fee and I was charged an additional $26. So unprofessional, ghetto car rental service. NEVER AGAIN.
