The pickup van was 30 mins late after informing the company we have arrived at the waiting area. There was no info about the insurance policy there. I had to deal with a 600 dollar deposit on my credit card.
The car was poorly maintenance. The steering wheel was shaking and hard to turn the wheel so it seem the car needed new tires and some steering wheel power fluid. The car was also not on a full tank.
I inform the agent that i did not want road side assistance and she would not remove.
Can't believe you are asking. Even though I phoned at 8:30 PM letting the fellow in the office that my flight had been delayed due to weather and that I'd be calling as soon I was ready with my baggage, when I did that I found the office was closed and there was no way for me to get a car. Stranded at the airport with no way to get to my hotel in the Tampa area, it took me several hours and quite a bit of extra money to find a rental at another company and a whole day recovering. Will complain.
It was good and the company is flexible
Absolutely dreadful. You guys tried to press me into buying your insurance for some ungodly amount of money , despite the fact that I had my own insurance. Terrible scam artists. Should be ashamed of yourselves

Horrible. I would never use this company again. They should be shut down. It doesn't even look like an actual business, they have no employees, and the wait time was insane. The one guy that worked there argued with me for 30 mins that esurance isn't a real insurance company even though I gave him my policy number. I had esurance fax over more documentation and he still wouldn't accept it and kept saying I was going to have to pay their daily rate insurance instead. What a scam. Sick people.
