Excellent service
The $10 charge for a ride back to the airport was cheap and under handed. That could have been a gesture who would have brought me back to this company and would have made me recommend them to others. They are just as cheap as the others....
Everything was great. The only issue I had was initially not accepting my insurance b/c my copy was on my phone, but we got it cleared up.
I reserved a car from ACO over the internet using Kayak. I was given this Conf Number KAA000634D. The girl at the desk didn't know how to speak English and didn't really seem to care about helping me. A guy there took over and was looking at my reservation but didn't understand the price $103.86 that was on my letter and called for some help. I was told that my reservation was to pick up the vehicle by 8 am and since i didn't arrive till 10:30 am it was invalid. I would not recommend ACO.
I had full insurance that covered my rental, and when I discussed it on the phone with the agent William, he didn't tell me I had to bring the card (which of course was in my car at home). I travel extensively and rent about once a month. This is the first time I had to have the card. His not telling me cost me 125 I didn't need to spend which cancelled the benefits of using this company at all. I might give this company one more time, but not likely. Ride back to airport late and unfriendly.

Staff was not a all helpful. They were very arrogant and was not at all knowledgeable. Company need to improve customer service like other car rental like hertz and thrifty.
My flight was late and they gave away my rental and I had to make arrangements with another company. It was awful.
We cancelled before we got our car. They were late picking up and rude on the phone.
