SCAM SCAM SCAM. Didn't honor rate, didn't honor unlimited mileage, didn't honor use of personal insurance. I waited 45 minutes for assistance for them to not honor anything I booked. When I told them I would rent unless the honored what i booked, they said ok, bye. Awful all round.
I went straight to enterprise, received a free
Upgrade and had a great experience with them, as usual. Lesson learned!
Cheap rental but staff and service less than helpful
I'm glad Aco can count with employees like Cindy who are always going beyond. She's very helpful, professional and her experience has helped us to select the right rate and car. I am very honored to have rented a car with her. She's the best.
After being quoted online a price and having a print out of it, which stated I could use my private insurance, I was told when I called that they would only rent to me if I bought the company insurance. They made me walk from B35 to B11 with heavy cases and then when I called again for pickup, They hung up on me twice and refused to pick me up. I was left stranded and had to find another rental car co. to deal with. Person was very rude. I would never rent from ACO again. Company is a scam.
The staff held an 10 minute conversation about which restaurant should they send one of the employees and which nutritional needs they need to satisfy in front of me while I was standing at the counter and waiting. Maybe assumed I didn't understand Spanish. Office is a trailer and car lot looks like junk yard. I had full coverage insurance, which they ignored and will not honor reservation without purchasing duplicate insurance from them.
Surely its clear at this point I canceled and left.

My concern has that the staff didn't look or act as professional as could be, and the pick up in the airport took more than 30 minutes after I call to arrive.

BEWARE! ACO does not have a regular shuttle like the other off-site companies at Orlando airport. They come only when you call. But they did not answer the phone for over two hours. It was during their posted hours, and they had my flight info to anticipate the call. I was left stranded at the airport with three kids, and no way to get to our rental car. I was left no choice but to rent from another company for 60% more than my quoted price, for a lesser car. The same car would have been double.
Waited for 45 minutes after calling for a shuttle. Watched every other rental car shuttle go by many times.
After waiting that long I decided to use another rental car company ! I would highly not recommend this rental car company!
