After speaking numerous times to staff about my flight delaying, turn to cancel my reservation. Staff was useful. Wilmary have horrible customer service. I will never rent from this place ever again.

It is very disappointing that I am receiving this survey. I made a reservation online, and called twice to confirm. My reservation was not found in neither of the calls. In my second call, I requested that a new reservation be made, and the service rep told me that they were out of cars.
Basically I flew into PR for business and had to spend a LOT of money on Uber, as there were no cars anywhere in the airport.
Your reservation system SUCKS.
Overall great rental car and service
The vehicle had no AC had engine light had 2 tires bad in steers was dirty inside
Horrible experience for a family of 13 on a van !!! Never again
