Some things to be disappointed: 1. My rate quote was ok. The fees paid were more than what I paid for the daily rate. (hidden fees), and that is an disrespectful for the customer. 2. The vehicle was not what I expect for what I paid. 3. Interior seats full of stains. 4. Presence of some cockroaches running around. 5. Vehicle key without any information, without a keychain, just a "thread" hanging from it. 6. Why I rented it? Because I needed to get to my destination. Awful Experience.

Awful experience. They overbooked by a huge margin. Left us stranded at the airport, didn’t even let us know. When we arrived at 3:00 AM and called for pickup as directed were told they had no cars because they were still waiting for more than 35 cars that were supposed to be returned. and didn’t get a car.Made reservations weeks in advance and even called same day of departure travel to make sure everything was in place since arrival was on Christmas Day. Needless to say I'm disappointment with the handling of my recent reservation, confirmation number ALLI-AGUA-2545463, which was not honored despite being confirmed. Upon arriving at the Aguadilla Airport location on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at 12:00 pm, as specified in my reservation, I was informed by the staff at the counter that they could not fulfill my booking. Not only was no solution offered, but the staff also appeared to have no knowledge of how to address the situation.
