The lack of leadership and employees staffed was terrible. We waited over 2 hrs to pick up a reservation we had in place. Due to your staff pausing to talk about personal issues. To find out the vehicle we reserved was not available another was provided which was great however the vehicle was in such bad shape, it was also given to us with 1/8 of gas. Just enough to get to the gas station.

Train your staff to do better in customer support in dealing with crazy tourist some ladies complaining about roaches in their car I wanted to step in to deescalate that situation because it was annoying. They also didn't explain where to return the vehicle in SJU so I went straight to the airport almost made it late to my flight. Cheaper is not always better keep learning that the hard way and it shows with allied sad but true.

Horrible customer service; waited 4 hours to get a rental. Did not have the rental I reserved. Had to settle for a small economy vehicle. Was verbally told over the phone that a 30% discount would be applied for being a government employee, when I mentioned this to the teller (Luis Reyes) he stated he could not do it because a manager was not in. I showed him the website that stated discount was offered he refused to honor it. After waiting 4 hours I wanted to leave so I paid and moved on.

Bad experience had to throw away 45.00 dollars food that I bought, my daughter cup infected with roaches plus my grandson car seat with the same issue SUV infected every where with roaches SUV not clean bad condition inside have proof of this issue no renting a car from Allied in a future and not recommend
