Horrible customer service; waited 4 hours to get a rental. Did not have the rental I reserved. Had to settle for a small economy vehicle. Was verbally told over the phone that a 30% discount would be applied for being a government employee, when I mentioned this to the teller (Luis Reyes) he stated he could not do it because a manager was not in. I showed him the website that stated discount was offered he refused to honor it. After waiting 4 hours I wanted to leave so I paid and moved on.

Bad experience had to throw away 45.00 dollars food that I bought, my daughter cup infected with roaches plus my grandson car seat with the same issue SUV infected every where with roaches SUV not clean bad condition inside have proof of this issue no renting a car from Allied in a future and not recommend

Estuve esperando mas de 1 hora antes de las hora de la reserva, luego esperé 30 minutos después del horario acordado de la reserva, y no tenían vehículos disponibles y para que se pudiese atender y entregar otro vehículo tenia que espera un poco mas de una hora adicional, el cual era tiempo el cual no tenia disponible, por tanto me tuve que ir sin poder alquilar el vehículo y buscar como alquilar otro vehículo en otra compañía.

El vehículo estaba muy sucio en el exterior, muy sucio por dentro, y tenia mal olor. Además las 4 gomas estaban muy deterioradas, una tenia un tornillo espetado, tenia diferentes presiones y para colmo en Caguas una de las gomas se vació por completo.

This was not a good experience at all the wait was very long we spend most of or day waiting for a car the manager was rude and disrespectful and the car didn’t had no horn and I would not recommend that company to no one

I arrived Feb 3, 2025. On this evening the shift replacement staff did not show up and your compound was empty of staff. The backup manager had to come in and did the best he could to deal with the situation. I would cross train your staff because there were people outside just standing around waiting for the office staff to process customers.

Has a reservation online. They didn’t wanted to acknowledge because it wasn’t paid for. Waiting a long time. My reservation was for 103.00 mid-size car. I get an economy car and was charged $163. Unacceptable. I don even have an invoice. Worst car I’ve ever rented.
